Conference registrations will take place from 3rd February to the 8th May 2026.
All accommodation charges, as well as flights if relevant, will be online and must be received at the time of booking to ensure all bookings and arrangements can be made accordingly. Due to a restriction on the resorts capacity, late registrations may result in unavailable rooms, and alternative accommodation options will be provided at different rates. Daily shuttle transfers will be provided.
Registration fee for one attendee will be billed by Narellan Pools to each franchisee monthly so as to reduce the one lump sum expenditure for our Franchisees. All other registrations, or additional costs will be invoiced by Events Beyond directly and payment is to be made to them according to their payment terms.
If you cancel your registration on or prior to 8th May 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD$150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.

fraudulent websites and booking agencies
The conference industry is confronted with an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate legitimate conference websites and booking agencies that are not authourised to make bookings for conference participants.
Events Beyond wishes to advise that the Narellan Pools 2026 Conference participants are to be aware of possible scams and urges all participants to only use the official Conference website.
Events Beyond is the only official accommodation agency for the Narellan Pools 2026 Conference. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering accommodation for the Narellan Pools 2026 Conference, please note that these companies are not authourised to represent the Narellan Pools 2026 Conference in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted Narellan Pools 2026 Conference room blocks or rates.
Imitation sites and agencies invite conference participants to supply their personal details including credit card information, in return for a promise to provide travel and accommodation. Please be aware that these unauthourised companies might not deliver what they promise and may not deliver anything to the conference participant at all despite charging the credit card.
