FLIGHTS

Return flights to Cairns may be booked through Events Beyond. Flights have been identified from each home port based on the best arrival times to fit with the conference and also based on the best available fares. If you are from an alternate port, please do let us know by selecting 'alternate port' under the flight section on the registration page. We require full names as per your I.D. e.g., Driver’s License/Passport as this will be used upon check-in. Please pay careful attention when completing these details in the registration form.

FLIGHT OPTIONS

CLICK HERE for suggested flight times that will allow you to arrive in Cairns for the start of Day 1 proceedings on Wednesday, 3rd July. For some ports, travel will be on the 2nd July and will require an additional night of accommodation so be sure to select the correct check-in date when booking your accommodation on the registration page. Alternate flights and flight times/dates are possible for pre and post-travel, please let us know your alternate flight date requirements on the flights page of the registration form.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are to be made to the Events Beyond Team in writing. Cancellation fees may apply for any flight bookings held in your name.

FREQUENT FLYER INFORMATION

Frequent Flyer points are earned on all flights. You must be a Frequent Flyer loyalty program member to earn points (depending on your flight). Membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Frequent Flyer Service program. Should you wish to upgrade your travel using points, you must contact the airline Membership Service directly, Events Beyond cannot action this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure you accurately advise of your Frequent Flyer Loyalty Membership number when you register.

TRANsFERS

Airport transfers are the responsibility of the delegate. Cairns airport is 8KM from the Cairns International Pullman, and local taxi operators provide a reliable and in-expensive solution. Kids Club and Babysitting

Have your young ones professionally cared for and entertained only meters from the conference space. Australian Native petting Zoo, Magicians, Big screen Movies and mountains of games for all ages. Includes lunch and snacks throughout both conference days.
